The YouTube series “Bauch, Beine, Pommes” is a parody of the one-dimensional fitness obsession online. Inspired by internet video aesthetics, we created the roles of “lifestyle influencer” Toni, Lisa and Alex. Copying language, moves, music and looks, they show how to train against bodyshaming and try to reduce body norms instead of calories.

Next to the web series, we created social media platforms for the three “lifestyle influencer”. For two months, we posted slogans, motivational quotes, images and links to other body-positivity activists. Furthermore, we distributed posters and postcards in Vienna.
